• Plastic Part Material: We consult on suitable engineering plastics for electrical enclosures, such as ABS (impact resistance), PC (flame retardant, transparent), and PC/ABS blends (durable, heat resistant).

• Mold Making Technology: CNC Milling, CNC Turning, EDM, Wire-Cut. We apply Mold Flow Analysis to optimize gate design, runner systems, and cooling channels.

• Mold Structure: Hot Runner or Cold Runner systems, depending on production volume and cost optimization needs.

• Mold Lifetime: Guaranteed lifespan from 300,000 to over 1,000,000 shots, depending on the selected steel grade.

Post-Machining Mold Inspection Process:

We ensure mold quality through a rigorous, multi-stage inspection process:

1. Steel Inspection: Verification of steel certificates and hardness (HRC) after heat treatment.

2. Component Inspection: All components like cores, cavities, and sliders are measured with CMM and profile projectors before assembly.

3. Mold Assembly Check: Ensuring all moving mechanisms of the mold function smoothly and accurately.

4. Mold Trial (T1): The mold is mounted on an injection molding machine for trial runs to produce the first sample parts.

5. Sample Part Evaluation: Sample parts are dimensionally inspected using a CMM and visually checked for defects (flash, sink marks, warpage) and assembly function. Samples and a full QC report are sent to the client for approval.

Mold Packaging and Shipping Process:

1. Cleaning and Protection: The mold is thoroughly cleaned, and all metal surfaces are coated with an anti-rust agent.

2. Accessory Packing: All drawings, technical documents, spare electrodes (if any), and sample parts are packed with the mold.

3. Wooden Crating: The mold is securely fastened inside a custom-built, robust wooden crate designed to withstand heavy impacts, ensuring absolute safety during domestic and international transit.
